The company is considering whether a four-day workweek or shorter working hours could improve work efficiency, Liang said in his speech. Ttrip.com has always been exploring ways to offer more flexible work arrangements to help employees better balance their work and family life, he added. In March 2022, Trip.com implemented a hybrid working model, allowing employees to choose their workplace 1-2 days per week.
